Our team will chat through the best options based on fit and style, then carefully pin your garment to your preferences. Once we’ve reviewed the work required, we’ll provide a quote. For more intricate tailoring, we may recommend an in-store fitting.
Tailored to Perfection
When your quote is approved, we’ll personally deliver your piece to our seamstress for expert alterations. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll be in touch so you can collect your newly tailored item, ready to wear and made just for you.

What if my item is not a standard alteration?
We can still help. If your item requires something more complex, our team will discuss your needs and guide you through the best approach. In some cases, we may recommend a visit to our trusted local seamstress, who can expertly rework your piece to meet your exact requirements.
Where will my item be tailored?
All fittings take place in one of our private styling areas at No4 Boutique. Once pinned to your specifications, your item will be hand-delivered to our professional seamstress for tailoring. If the alteration is particularly intricate, we may suggest you meet with her directly for a personal fitting.
How long will my alteration take?
Most standard alterations take between two and four days. We deliver garments to our seamstress twice a week, on Thursdays and Saturdays. If you need something sooner, just let us know – we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a charge for my alteration consultation?
No, your in-store alteration consultation is completely complimentary. There’s no minimum spend, just expert support to help you achieve the perfect fit.
How will I receive my altered item?
We’ll notify you as soon as your item is ready for collection from the boutique. If you’re unable to visit us in person, we’re happy to arrange delivery straight to your door.
How much will my alteration cost?
Alteration costs vary depending on the item and the work required. Prices start from £20 for standard adjustments, and we’ll always provide a quote before going ahead.
