Absolutely. Your appointment will take place in one of our private fitting areas within the boutique, where your personalised edit will be ready for you to explore in comfort. You’ll have the space and time to try on your pieces, with thoughtful support from our team.
What if I can't visit the boutique in person?
No problem – our virtual personal shopping service brings the No4 experience to you, wherever you are. You’ll receive styling advice, product edits, and recommendations via video or phone, all from the comfort of home.
What times are appointments available?
Appointments are available during our standard opening hours. Our first session begins at 10am, with the last available appointment at 5pm. We’ll always do our best to find a time that suits you.
Can I return items purchased during a personal shopping appointment?
Yes, you can. Items purchased through our personal shopping service follow our standard returns policy. We’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note for unworn items returned within 14 days with a valid receipt.
Do I have to pay for my personal shopping appointment?
Not at all. Our personal shopping sessions – both in-store and virtual – are completely complimentary, with no minimum spend required. It’s all part of the service at No4.
