Order Processing
Our delivery timeframe begins from the moment your order is accepted. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
Before dispatch, we may occasionally need to confirm details with your card issuer to ensure security. We will always work to minimise any delay this may cause.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress. You can also check delivery status by logging into My Account > Orders.

We use trusted courier partners DPD and DHL to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
All orders are sent using a tracked first-class service.

Receiving Your Order
Your purchase is insured while in transit to you. Once delivery has been completed at the address provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
Our couriers collect proof of delivery, which may include:
- A signature on delivery, or
- A photographic record of delivery at the address
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or provide instructions for rearranging delivery.
If you choose to authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and time of order.
We work closely with our courier partners to minimise delays, however we cannot be responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
