- In original condition
- With tags attached
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for unworn items returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Sale items may be excluded from this policy.
11. Personal Shopping Appointments
Personal shopping appointments are complimentary and can be booked via the website.
Appointments are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule where necessary.
12. Alterations Service
Our alterations service is provided in partnership with a trusted local seamstress.
Quotes are provided before work begins. Once approved, alterations are non-refundable.

Promotion codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
